Why we're crowdfunding
Ripple's mission is to make digital health reach everyone. Not just the patients served by well-resourced health systems, but underserved communities, marginalised groups, the people the existing system has consistently left behind. That mission should be owned by the people who care about it most.
Equity crowdfunding on Republic means clinicians, patients, health advocates, carers and anyone who has ever felt the gap in digital health support can have a stake in solving it. It means the community we're building this for can be part of building it.
We're not just raising capital. We're building a movement, and we want our earliest supporters to be part of it from day one.
The opportunity
he global digital health market is forecast to reach US$86 billion by 2030. The NHS alone has committed £3.4 billion to technology and transformation. Health systems worldwide are actively seeking ways to adopt digital tools at scale, but the infrastructure to make that possible doesn't yet exist at the level required.
The problem isn't a shortage of digital health innovation. It's that most of it never reaches the people it was built for. Ripple's publishing platform exists to change that, starting with apps addressing conditions that have been chronically underserved: from maternal mental health and cancer survivorship to tinnitus, eating disorders, and the wellbeing of frontline healthcare workers. The platform is built to scale far beyond any single condition or community.
