Creating ripples in healthcare.
Challenges → apps → impact

Founded by Cogniss, the Ripple Challenges bring together health experts, partners and systems to tackle the most urgent problems in healthcare today. Through global outreach, structured programmes and no-code tech, these challenges turn the most promising ideas into digital solutions ready to deliver impact at scale.

Learn more about our latest challenge, the Ripple Women’s Digital Health Challenge 2025.

We believe everyone deserves the right care and support, at the right time.

Founded by Cogniss initiative, Ripple Publishing identifies the types of digital health solutions that health systems need and are ready to pay for.

Ripple Challenges target those identified needs, and help surface the most promising ideas and equip innovators to produce real-world solutions.

Innovators gain access to Cogniss’s no-code technology, AWS’s secure infrastructure, and a structured pathway from idea to app that has been proven time and again. Our Challenge partners provide the support to ensure these solutions are ready to be adopted by the health systems and the wider care ecosystem.

Ripple Publishing then supports the willing innovators to publish their apps into curated portfolios aligned to system priorities and deployed through consolidated pathways, making it much easier for health systems to procure them than individual apps and easier for patients to adopt.
